Wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka

Dear Sanjaya,

We had a truly wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka and the memories will stay with us forever. Thank you for your honesty regarding the tickets for the elephant orphanage on our last day. I would very much appreciate a refund but I am hesitant to put my credit card details in an email. Is there any other way of doing this, perhaps through your accounts department or whoever I paid when making the booking. Please let me know. I note from your profile that you are into your rugby. My husband is also a rugby player and coach and we have just learned through our club that the Sri Lankan rugby team are coming to play Qatar this week!
