Terms and Conditions

• Your credit card will be billed for your E-Gift certificate upon purchase (pending credit card authorization). Your E-Gift recipient will be notified about the E-Gift Certificate for him/her via e-mail/telephone.

• E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

• The expiration date for E-Gift Certificates is One Year from the date of purchase.

• E Gift Voucher can only be redeemed through Sri Lanka Tailor-made (Jetwing Travels (Pvt) Ltd) and can be used as part or full payment for any holiday package or individual hotel accommodation.

• E-Gift Vouchers can only be used once and must be fully redeemed at the time of booking. NO refund will be given for any unused balance.

• The validity of the E-Gift Voucher will not be extended.

• Sri Lanka Tailor-made reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the E-Gift Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.

• We will send your vouchers by secure Email post or courier. We will endeavor to deliver the vouchers within 7 working days from acceptance of your order, but time of delivery will not be of the essence and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery or losses arising from such delay.

• Title of the vouchers only passes to you on delivery or payment. If payment is not received (e.g. cheques are dishonored, credit card payments are charged back or accounts remain unpaid at the due date) any vouchers dispatched will become void and must not be used.

• You must not reproduce in any form the vouchers, and/or the Sri Lanka Tailor-made trade mark (the Mark) or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorize assist or enable others to do so without our prior written consent. The vouchers and/or Mark may not be used in combination with any other marks, names, words or logos without our prior written consent.

• Vouchers can be exchanged for a variety of goods or services which may vary from time to time.

• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

• If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash or credit card payment. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.

• This voucher can only be redeemed for one transaction only.

• This voucher can be combined with other vouchers issued by Sri Lanka Tailor-made.

• There will be no cash refunds if unutilized or under utilized.

• This can only be redeemed by the person who’s name appears in the voucher (Non Transferable)
