Dear Sanjaya, We had a truly wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka and the memories will stay with us forever. Thank you for your honesty regarding the tickets for the elephant orphanage on our last day. I would very much appreciate a refund but I am hesitant to put my credit card details in an email. Is there any other way of doing this, perhaps through your accounts department or whoever I paid when making the booking. Please let me know. I note from your profile that you are into your rugby. My husband is also a rugby player and coach and we have just learned through our club that the Sri Lankan rugby team are coming to play Qatar this week! I look forward to hearing from you.

Andrew De Bond arranged a most memorable trip in Sri Lanka for us Nov/Dec. 2010. We were very specific about our requirements (having already visited once before) and he satisfied us in every respect. The whole experience was superb and our party of four (adults) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotels were great particularly Tamarind Hill (Galle) which made us feel extra special and had a superb new chef. We were pleased we had gone for the half-board option and would recommend this to other travellers. our driver/guide was helpful and courteous and his driving skills second to none. We thoroughly recommend Sri Lanka Tailor-Made and would certainly use them again. One of our highlights was the train from Colombo to Kandy and Andrew managed to get us the very best seats in the observation car it was fantastic!

Once again, thank you for all you and Jetwing Travels did to make our event such a successful one.  We received numerous compliments on the hotel and functions, most particularly from our CEO.  We are in the process of gathering feedback on the event and I will pass along any comments for your information.

It was a wonderful time and from a personal standpoint, I cannot thank you enough for making my job an easy one.  All of those at the hotel provided excellent service to all of Ansell’s needs.  I must mention that Ravi is a treasure.  He consistently went out of his way to provide not only excellent service, but answers to questions that had not even been asked!  His professionalism, expertise and demeanor far exceed the standard.
